Refund & Satisfaction Policy

We're a barbershop, not a store — nothing is sold or shipped, so there are no product returns. What we stand behind is the cut. This policy explains how we handle it. Last updated July 2026.

Fix it in the chair

If something about your cut, fade or beard isn't right, tell the barber before you leave the chair and we'll fix it on the spot at no charge. Getting it right in person is the whole point of a walk-in shop.

Come back within 3 days

If you notice something after you get home — an uneven line, a spot that needs blending — come back within 3 days and we'll touch it up free of charge. Just call ahead so we can hold a chair.

Refunds

If we genuinely can't make a service right, we'll refund what you paid for that service to your original payment method at the counter. Refunds apply to the service performed; there are no online orders to refund.

"Man Card" membership

The unlimited-cut membership is billed month to month and can be cancelled anytime at the front counter. When you cancel, you're not billed again — there is no cancellation fee and no long-term contract.

Missed appointments

No fee for the first missed appointment. We simply ask that you call if you can't make it so we can offer the chair to someone else.
